AboutSecond Chance Deliverance Center C.O.G.I.C Inc.
Second Chance Deliverance Center C.O.G.I.C Inc. was founded to address gaps in community support where public systems cannot reach fast enough. Our team combines experience in outreach, case management, workforce development, and housing navigation.
We believe that lasting change happens when relief, employment, and housing efforts are tied together through clear data and verified outcomes. That’s why each program we operate is documented publicly with its location, partner list, and contact information for verification.
Core Principles
Accountability
We track outcomes beyond simple headcounts — documenting engagement, employment, and stability over time.
Local Partnership
We don’t work alone. Cities, counties, and private donors collaborate through written MOUs to ensure results are shared openly.
